The OTAQU App can be downloaded from Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) for FREE.

To register an account on OTAQU, follow these steps:

Visit the OTAQU Website or App: Open your web browser and go to the OTAQU website (otaqu.id) or download the OTAQU mobile app from your device's app store.

Access the Registration Page: On the OTAQU homepage, look for a "Register" button. Click or tap on it to start the registration process.

Provide Required Information: Fill out the registration form with the necessary information, which typically includes your:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Mobile phone number
  • Password (Choose a secure password)

Read and Accept Terms and Conditions: Make sure to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy, if provided. Check the box to indicate your acceptance of these terms.

Submit the Registration Form: Once you've filled in all the required information and accepted the terms, click the "Register" button to submit your registration.

Verify Your Account: You may receive a verification email. Follow the instructions in the email or text to verify your account.

Log In: After successful verification, return to the OTAQU website or app and log in with the email address and password you used during registration.

To change your account information on OTAQU, follow these steps:

Log into Your Account: Open the OTAQU website or OTAQU mobile app, then log in to your account using the email and password you registered with.

Access Account Settings: After logging in, look for the "Account".

Edit Information: Within the account settings, you will be able to view and edit various information such as title, full name, date of birth, and mobile number. Select the section you want to change.

Save Changes: After making the desired changes, be sure to press the "Save" button to apply the changes.

You can delete your account using the OTAQU mobile app by following these detailed steps:

Access Account Menu: Open the OTAQU mobile app and log in to your account if you haven't already. Once logged in, navigate to the "Account" or "Profile" section.

Tap the Settings Icon: Look for the settings or gear icon within the Account or Profile section.

Read and Agree to Deletion Terms: Within the settings, you should find an option related to account deletion or deactivation. Select it, and you may be presented with terms and conditions for account deletion. Be sure to read and understand these terms, and confirm your agreement if required.

Initiating Account Deletion: After you have agreed to the terms, click the "Delete Account Now" button to start the account deletion process.

If you still require assistance regarding ongoing orders or transactions after your account has been deleted, please contact the OTAQU helpdesk.

You can buy OTAQU products via the official OTAQU website at otaqu.id or you can download the OTAQU application via Play Store or App Store.

Here are a few simple steps to book your flight on OTAQU :

  1. Visit otaqu.id or download OTAQU Mobile Apps, click Flight. Fill in your origin, destination, date of travel, number of passengers, and seat class on the search box, and click Search.
  2. Choose the flight that suits your preference.
  3. Fill in your Contact Details and Passenger Details. Please make sure that you have entered the correct names and details according to your travel document (KTP or passport). Confirm that your booking details are correct, and click Book Now to proceed to payment.
  4. Choose the payment method you prefer and then complete the payment. Please make sure that you pay the correct amount and before the time limit expires, otherwise you will have to repeat the booking process.

Once we have verified your payment, you will receive your e-ticket by email.

Things to note: After making an order and payment, you can check order information and payment status in My Booking menu.

Here are a few simple steps to book your hotel on OTAQU :

  1. Visit otaqu.id or download OTAQU Mobile Apps, click Hotel. Fill in your city/destination/hotel name, date of visit, number of guests, and number of rooms on the search box, and click Search.
  2. Choose the hotel that suits your preference.
  3. Fill in your Contact Details and Guest Details. Please make sure that you have entered the correct names and details according to your travel document (KTP or passport). Confirm that your booking details are correct, and click Book Now to proceed to payment.
  4. Choose the payment method you prefer and then complete the payment. Please make sure that you pay the correct amount and before the time limit expires, otherwise you will have to repeat the booking process.

Once we have verified your payment, you will receive your e-voucher by email.

Things to note: After making an order and payment, you can check order information and payment status in My Booking menu.

Book a tour in a few simple steps:
  1. Visit otaqu.id or download OTAQU Mobile Apps, click Tour. Fill in the activitiy/destination and click Search.
  2. Choose the activity/tour package that suits your preference. Then you will be directed to the landing page of the activity.
  3. Read the schedule, inclusions, exclusions, validity and term & condition carefully, Select the visit date and number of visitors, then click Book Now.
  4. Fill in the Booking Details. Confirm that your booking details are correct, and click Continue to Payment.
  5. Choose the payment method you prefer and then complete the payment. Please make sure that you pay the correct amount and before the time limit expires, otherwise you will have to repeat the booking process.

Once we have verified your payment, you will receive your e-voucher by email.

  1. Visit otaqu.id or download OTAQU Mobile Apps, click Experience. Fill in the experience/destination and click Search.
  2. Choose the activity that suits your preference. Then you will be directed to the landing page of the activity.
  3. Read the schedule, inclusions, exclusions, validity and term & condition carefully, Select the visit date and number of visitors, then click Book Now.
  4. Fill in the Booking Details. Confirm that your booking details are correct, and click Continue to Payment.
  5. Choose the payment method you prefer and then complete the payment. Please make sure that you pay the correct amount and before the time limit expires, otherwise you will have to repeat the booking process.

Once we have verified your payment, you will receive your e-voucher by email.

Things to note: After making an order and payment, you can check order information and payment status in My Booking menu.

You don't need to worry because even if you don't have an account, you can still make transactions on OTAQU, and you can check your transaction data through the "Booking Check" menu by entering your transaction code and email.

OTAQU provides a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, Virtual Accounts, and QRIS. You can choose the method that suits your needs.

If you have already made a payment but have not received your e-Voucher or e-Ticket, here are some steps you can take:

Check Your Email: Make sure to check your email inbox, including spam or promotional folders, as e-Vouchers or e-Tickets are typically sent via email. Look for a confirmation email regarding your purchase.

Check Order Status: If you have an account on OTAQU, log in and check the status of your order. There may be further information about your order, including a link to download your e-Voucher or e-Ticket.

Contact OTAQU Helpdesk: If you have not received your e-Voucher or e-Ticket after some time, contact OTAQU helpdesk.

If you haven't made a payment yet, you can easily cancel your booking through the "My Booking" menu by clicking the "Cancel" button. However, if you've already made a payment and wish to cancel, please review the terms and conditions of the product regarding cancellation, or feel free to reach out to OTAQU helpdesk for assistance.

Prior to rescheduling your booking, make sure to familiarize yourself with the rescheduling terms associated with the product you've purchased. If you have any questions about the rescheduling terms, don't hesitate to reach out to OTAQU helpdesk for clarification and guidance.

Refund policies vary depending on the type of ticket and the partner. Some tickets are non-refundable, while others may be refundable with certain conditions. Review the terms and conditions at the time of purchase or contact OTAQU helpdesk for specific information and assistance.

You will receive information about your registration status in the email you provided during registration. However, you can also check your registration status by contacting OTAQU's helpdesk.

You can initiate a withdrawal from the "Transaction Summary" menu. The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000. You can also choose a withdrawal method that suits your needs. For complete guidance, please contact OTAQU's helpdesk.

The withdrawal will be processed within 3 business days if the request is made before 12 noon. However, if the request is made after 12 noon, it will be processed within 4 business days.
